ANTARES staff assisted MITRE Corp. in developing a long-range fuel cell program-planning document. ANTARES staff prepared technical program status summaries for inclusion in the Fuel Cell Program Plan for internal DOE management review. ANTARES also prepared draft material for program objectives and strategies discussion. Other activities in this study included applications analyses associated with fuel cell power plants for the utility, industrial, transportation, and residential/commercial sectors.
